• Alerts and notifications for significant changes
• Dashboard with data visualization and trends

4. Registration and User Account

4.1. Registration Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental authorization
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Immediately notify any unauthorized use

4.2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must keep your access credentials secure and immediately notify any unauthorized access.

• Payments are processed monthly in advance
• We accept credit/debit cards through Stripe
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• Refunds are governed by our refund policy

• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Reverse engineer the software

All intellectual property rights over the Platform, including software, design, content, and trademarks, belong to Appyweb S.L. Users retain rights over the data they provide, but grant us a license to process it according to these terms.

9. Cancellation and Termination

9.1. Cancellation by User

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your user dashboard. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

9.2. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or for security reasons. In case of justified termination, there will be no right to refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appyweb S.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appyweb S.L. from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Alicante, Spain.
