Update Payment Method
- 1. Go to Settings → Billing
- 2. Under "Payment Method", click Update
- 3. Save the new details
Billing Cycle
- • Monthly: same day each month
- • Annual: once a year on subscription date
- • Free trial: 14 days free, then automatic charge if not cancelled
Automatic Renewal
- • Reminder 7 days before renewal
- • Invoice by email after charge
- • Cancel anytime before renewal
Invoice Management
- 1. Settings → Billing → Invoice History
- 2. Select the invoice
- 3. "Download PDF"
Invoices are also automatically sent to your billing email.
Plan Changes
Upgrade
Prorated difference charged immediately.
Downgrade
Applied at end of cycle. Some advanced features will be disabled.
Cancel Subscription
- 1. Settings → Billing
- 2. "Cancel Subscription"
- • Access until end of period
- • No future charges
- • Data retained for 90 days
Refunds
Full refund if you cancel within 30 days, incorrect charge, or serious technical issues.
